Undergraduate Commencement at FirstBank Stadium is our largest and most exciting event of the year, with volunteer opportunities spanning every corner of the experience!
If leadership is your thing, Area Leads roam the concourse supervising fellow marshals across their assigned zones. Detail-oriented volunteers will love the Ceremony Timer role, working quietly backstage to record the timing of the entire ceremony. Out on the concourse, Roaming volunteers and Shuttle Monitors guide guests and graduates from arrival to their seats (and back to the shuttles when it's all over). At check-in, Graduate Name Card volunteers help students pick up their name cards, while ADA Seating Assist ensures every guest with accessibility needs is taken care of. Prefer to be where the action is post-ceremony? Interactive Station volunteers keep the photo opportunities lively.
