What We Do
Graduates Day is a milestone moment for our students and their families, and volunteers are at the heart of making it run smoothly.
If you're a natural connector, our Event Assist and Usher roles put you front and center — helping guests navigate Memorial Gym, find their seats, and feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. For those who enjoy a more active role out in the community, Shuttle Stop Monitors are stationed at key locations around campus, reminding guests of the clear bag policy and keeping the arrival process moving. We also have a dedicated Wheelchair Rental Assist team working alongside Guest Services to ensure every guest, regardless of mobility needs, can fully enjoy the day. And for the organizers in the group, our Staff Marshal Check In volunteers are the first point of contact for the entire marshal team, getting everyone suited up and pointed in the right direction.
